On: 2008-04-17Ordered this product through Amazon, but dealt directly with Revival Animal Health. The product shipped in a very timely fashion, directly from the manufacturer - Midewest, but the shipping itself leaves a lot to be desired!! The crate arrived bent, the crate pan was crushed and there were no drop pins. However, Nancy at Revival was great and got Midwest to ship another crate. Unfortunately, the second crate arrived in worse condition than the first!!. Again, Nancy at Revival came through for me and got Midwest to send out a new crate pan and drop pin, so I managed to get one good crate out of the two bent ones. The crate itself is fine, but try to ensure that Fed Ex is not the shipper!! |
