I do place a down-filled bed on the sling type insert between the pipe frame. I got a larger size (3 X 4) so that Oscars buddies could join him for a rest. I like the fact that the dogs are up off the floor, but it is not too high for a small dog to maneuver on to. It was delivered quickly, and easy to put together until the end, when I had to get someone with more muscle to make the final snap. Oscar and his Corgi friend seems to enjoy the bed, although he still begs to join me at bedtime. The price I see listed ($99) for the 3 X 3 bed is above the range in the catalog I ordered from, which was $27 to $80, so look around on the web for the best deal. |
