Love the Bed - But Heater Broke and company won't fix

My dog, a 50 lb border collie, loves this bed. He is old and his joints are achy. He spends all of his time in this bed. He loves it. I bought it for two reasons. One, the memory foam, which I am happy with, two, the heater to give his joint some heat and I am very UNHAPPY with this. My heater broke after 6 months and the company was very difficult to get in touch with and get an answer from. Heck, I would buy a new heater, but they just made it so impossible to get in touch with them and get an answer about replacement, which was essentially, "sorry, tough luck".

The bed is not comfortable

I bought this bed for my dog thinking she will have a warm cozy place for herself during fall/winter time. We received this bed 1 week ago and my dog didnt like to spend time on it. The foam is very hard even I dont want to sit on it. The heat is just about right for the dog but it is just too hard that my dog rather spend time on bathroom rug...

Stays warm but not too cozy....

This bed stays nice and warm but it is not very soft and is kind of crinkly feeling. It reminded me of the old plactic covers on matresses feeling. I just added a very soft blanket and my yorkies seems to like it ok now.

MEDIUM SIZE IS TOO BIG AND ALSO FOAM IS HARD AS A ROCK

THIS IS NOT A COMFORTABLE BED, AND I HAD PROBLEMS FITTING THE FOAM (VERY HARD FOAM) INTO THE BED PART. IN FACT I COULD NOT EVEN DO IT. I RETURNED THIS PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY TO AMAZON AND RECEIVED A FULL REFUND, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BED TO ANYONE

Best dog bed ever

Shakespeare, my shar-pei loves this bed, half the time I forget to plug it in and he still perfers the bed over the couch. I am quite please he finally stop jumping on my couch. Great bed.
