She has been trained to use a pad since birth--no problem staying in hotels, relieving herself in the airport restroom, or any restroom. We live in the jungle on the Osa Peninsula--and NEVER go out after dark to pee. I cut the pad in half and keep it in the bathroom; it can get stinky after the first use, so I fold the end of the pad over the first spot, and then toss it after the second. This way she will pee on one pad 4 times, and it never smells bad. On the Osa we have to bury or burn all trash and garbage, or cart it back out with us. These get buried right along with the organic garbage, and I dont worry about harming the environment. Works Great! These Training pad work great and I love that they are good for the environment too! I have a 5 pound Chihuahua who uses them inside all day and they hold the liquid very well. No leaks! I do have to change them once a day, however, because they dont exactly hide the smell...but thats just good to do anyway! great product!! These are a bit more expensive than the other brands, but its totally worth it. Theyre super thick, big, and absorbent, and I dont feel as guilty for using them since theyre biodegradable. Plus youre supporting a more eco-conscious company. I highly recommend these if you have to use the training pads for your doggy. Perfect This pads work perfectly! Same as using the regular pad from same brand, but you are doing your part with mother earth! Good alternative but... I love that these are biodegradable and they are rather absorbant. My dog can use more than once. The underside, however, is not as good as the non-bio versions. Id suggest putting newspaper underneath so nothing leaks through. biodegradable puppy pads are great I have 2 older cats that have problems getting in and out of the litter boxes. Several years ago, we trained them to use disposable puppy pads. I am very conscious of waste and try to use sustainable, or at least biodegradable products when I can. I found and tried several biodegradable puppy pads. Some were very thin and fell apart easily. Then I found these simple solution ones. They are great!!! Theyre thick and soak up all the liquid and they do not shred easily. I cannot find them anywhere near me, so I will continue to order them. I will not use anything else. The functionality Simple Solutions 14136 Natural Bio-degradable Pet Training Pads 46 Count The natural training pad is a new trend in the manufacturing a recycled pads. The problem is the absorption of the pad is not as good as the the standard one. An improvement of the absorption will certainly with price reduction can put this production as a main stream product. Good for the planet and your wallet! These bio-degradable pads are great for my Chihuahua, but I dont know if theyd hold up for bigger dogs. The price on Amazon cant be beat. I always order at least two to take advantage of the super saver shipping. Highly recommended. |
