One,the collar is very rigid. I have a 11 lb. yorkshire terrier that has a small neck. When you adjust the collar that small it becomes oval, not round and leaves gaps around his neck. I have to buckle it too tight to even get contact on his neck. It ends up choking him. Two, the collar itself is not rechargeable and you need to special order batteries for it. Also have to make sure that you turn it off when you are done, otherwise youll get very little use out of each battery. I have two Innotek collars for two large dogs and these are fully rechargeable, waterproof and you can use any collar you want (have to make holes in it). I wish Innotek would make something this small. |
