The perfect solution. We love it!

Our nearly 2-year old greyhound/mix dog Melody had gotten into the habit of sleeping on our sofa. We have a new sofa on order and wished to lure her to another location. I took a chance and ordered the medium Coleman Pets ComfortSmart Round Airbed and we and Melody could not be happier. She absolutely loves the Airbed and even prefers it to our sofa. Weve had it for about a month and we havent needed to add air. The flannel cover is easily removed for washing. The Airbed is firm and very "solid". There is no fear of puncturing. The bolster gives Melody something to snuggle up against and also put her head on. WE LOVE IT and have recommended it to all our friends with dogs.

I'm disapointed in this one

I have a Coleman pet bed that is flat, its about 4 years old and still going strong. This bed with the bolster is not so good. It didnt make it 4 months before it got a hole in the seam and was deemed unrepairable. Besides, that ... Coleman does not stand behind it, they said its not the beds fault the seam opened up, no gurantee!!
:-( What do they think a dog does on his bed? My dog circles and scratches before he lays down! I dont think its unreasonable to ask that it hold together for at least a year, it was too expensive to have for just a few months. I can not recomend this dog bed, buy the flat one/without a bolster instead.

Purchased on 09/30/2007 this bed was used immediately by our 90 lb Staffbull who feels comfortable on it. The elevated rim is a plus as it serves a support for her head. The water resistant bottom survived well her stay at a Kennel while we were away for a few days.
