I love this gate. It is clean, polished and so much better than using a baby gate to keep the dogs out of rooms I prefer they not go in. This is well worth the money. It opens easy and is very easy to set up and take down.

This gate was very easy to install and works great. you simply pull up the top to enter/exit. It is very easy to operate and it practically closes by itself. much easier to use than the kind of gate that you have to squeeze a handle to open. Highly recommend it. I have two!

Blends right in and functional

This is a well-made product. The best dog gate I have used yet and I would recommend it as a baby gate too. Easy to open and close and the color matches our wood furniture perfectly.

Easy Lock Gate

I ordered two of these gates to keep my puppies from getting into my carpeted den and the rest of the house when we are not home. I put them both up within 5 minutes and they are great. They are so easy to open and so much more convenient not to have to step over or bend down to pick up or put back the puppies. The door does not close automatically which works out great so when we do have the puppies with us they can go back to their area and do their business on the puppy pads.

I hate to even admit that this is the third gate weve tried--we had to return the first two. We keep our 9.5 pound dog in our laundry room when were away from home. We have a 32 inch doorway which must not be a standard size because both of the other tension gates that we tried left gaps on the sides that were too wide, but the doorway was too small to add extensions. This gate is brilliantly designed to solve that very problem with adjustable bars on the sides. It fills our opening perfectly. I also so very much appreciate that they made the spaces between the bars a very small 1.4 inches which means that we dont have to be concerned about our small dog getting her head stuck between the bars in an attempt to escape. Many of the gates on the market have too much space between the bars, I feel. The gate is very attractive, easy to install, pressure-mounts securely, and so simple to use. The only downside to this gate is that the swinging door is made of wood...which means that if you have a "chewer" on your hands, the gate will not be attractive for long. Other than that--this is the PERFECT pet gate!

Richell 94136 Freestanding Pet Gate with Wood Finish, Large

When I was at the pet store looking for gates, I examined all of them, and then choose the Richell Easy Lock Pet Gate. At home I tried it on the kitchen door way, and then put my dogs behind it. This gate worked so well that I purchase another the next day. My dogs are escape artiest, weighing between 3 to 12 lbs. But this gate kept them on the other side. Hurray!
Only draw back is the second door way is wider and the gate fit but the bars are not as close together on the outside, between the gate and the wall. When I called the company they told me the gate is so new that they have not yet developed extra bars, that I could purchase. When the accessories do come out I will be the first to buy and extra frame bar.
Excellent product.

Richell 94118 One-Touch Adjustable Pet Gate with Wood Finish. THIS IS THE BEST AND MOST CONVENIENT GATE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. I HAVE 6 SMALL DOGS. 3 LBS THRU 15 LBS. AND THEY CANNOT GET THRU THIS GATE. IT OPENS EASILY. IT WAS A VERY EASY SET UP(PRESSURE MOUNTED). AND I USED IT BETWEEN MY LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN WHERE I HAVE DEEP BASEBOARD, WHICH WAS AN ISSUE TRYING TO USE OTHER GATES, BUT NOT THIS ONE. PETIT WORKS PERFECTLY,EASILY AND LOOKS GOOD TOO. EVERYONE WHO COMES OVER AND SEES IT WANTS ONE. GREAT FOR DOGS AND KIDS. WELL WORTH THE HIGHER PRICE. AND I WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE. LOVE IT.
