Product Works, EntirelyPets Sucks

Bio Case V appears to be helping my 11 year old Shepherd. Shes been feeling much better since I started her on it. Shes more like her old self. No more pancreatic attacks, and shes got her energy and sparkle back.

I do not recommend buying from EntirelyPets though. I placed an internet order and my card was charged that day. I received an email the day after I ordered telling me it was on backorder. I replied to the email and askled when it would be available as I needed the product ASAP. I received a return email telling me theyd just got a shipment in and it would ship that day. Two days later, still with no shipping info on their website I called customer service to ask when it would ship. I was then told it was still on back order, and they could not explain why theyd sent me an email stating theyd received a shipment and my order would ship that day. At that point I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Three weeks later and Im still waiting for a refund for a product they never had in stock to begin with.

Go to vetamerica dot com instead. They have it in stock and shipped it as promised without a hitch.
