Great customer service     On: 2008-02-08

I originally received a mispackaged pair of dog boots. C&C Outdoors was very courteous, C&C Outdoors along with Granite Gear promptly corrected the problem. Their response exceeded my expectations.
sides were stiff, rubbed dog's paw     On: 2007-02-20

I did not buy these from this seller; Id say, whoever you buy from, see if they have a good refund policy first. I bought a pair of medium and a pair of large for our retriever mix. She wore them four times and then wouldnt let us put them on. The sides are very stiff and uneven and rubbed sore spots on her paws. Theyre not easy to put on. Snow packs in around the top edges forming chunks of icy snow. Overall Id say these were an expensive and unsuccessful experiment. They were so difficult to put on, etc., that we now just dunk her feet in warm water when we get back in, to remove salt/sand. Its about as much trouble as putting the boots on her.
