Works, ok but no directions

i bought this for my english bulldog who gets very hot when were outside. It fits his large neck fine, but didnt come with any directions on how to use it. I searched the internet and found out that you have to soak it for 30 minutes before use. It wasnt very cold though, so i put it in the refrigerator. I now just put it in the freezer. It gets hard as a rock, so i have to let it thaw out a bit and then put it on him. but it does what its supposed to do, just kind of annoying at first.

Not-So-Cool-it Bandanas

Sounds great in theory, but didnt prove true. Ordered 3 collars, review applies to all 3. Very light on the moisture holding crystals. Appeared to be well made, but crystals got all over my hands as I handled the collar. Didnt stay cool more than a few minutes (and I refigerated the collar after soaking in cold water). Very disappointed.
