I thought I had finally come up with a solution for all the crates and crate trays he has torn apart. BUT, rapidly he has become darker and ominously, even darker. In fact, he has taken on a purplish black hue on all body parts in contact with the bottom of his crate!!!! I wiped it down then thought I could "seal" it with some pledge, but to no avail. Meanwhile, I have already given away his last crate. I cannot get into the General Cage website to call them, either.
