The product photo does not picture the item I received. The harness has another strap (not pictured) that runs vertically from the collar to the shoulder loops, down the chest. I believe this is meant to attach a seatbelt to the harness for a dog to ride safely in a car? Not what I wanted for my 24 lb. cat! Although he has been harness/leash trained for years....hes having no part of this uncomfortable contraption. Because S&H are costly to return the harness, I now own it and a matching leash I will never use.
