Then it started leaking all over the box. Hope that doesnt happen with this one, cause they are identical. Shipping was great. got it sooner than expected. Thank you. Too good to be true  On: 2008-09-04I bought the spray bark collar to help control my German Sheppards loud annoying the neighbors bark. It started off great shed bark it would spray & shed stop. Then in a few days of wearing it she started to like the spray. Now its just another addtion to the junk drawer... extremely effective but defective  On: 2008-07-21We have used and recommended this product for 4 years. However, while our four year old unit still works great the units our friends and relations have purchased are failing with increasing speed ... As there is no equal buy it and when if/it fails hound the manufacture without cease to go back to making it in Canada something, anything to once again return this product to its former reliability. When the product is not broken it works wonders turning pound bound dogs into peaceful companions. We recently ordered the competing product for a small dog we were foster/rehabbing. While offering the added and useful trait of being water proof it is no smaller than the multi-vet collar has a marble sized nodal that presses against the throat of the dog. Given weve seen so many dogs with trachea damage from over tight regular collars I sent the competitors product right back glad we have our four year old collar to use. webDogTrainer.com  On: 2008-06-27As a dog trainer I get asked a lot about barking. There are some great methods to get your dogs to stop barking where you wont need a collar, but if you think you need one this is the one Id recommend. It is much more humane and effective than a shock collar. -Julie the online dog trainer from webDogTrainer.com Serves its purpose On: 2008-05-27It does a good job of letting her know that barking is not okay, with a brisk spray to the nose. (much quicker than when i used to pursue her with a spray bottle) Only problems noted: a) Seems to only hold a few sprays before needing to be refilled; b) nylon collar slips looser around her neck, often needing to be retightened... this may also be because i have found that if it is tightened as tight as a regular collar (per instructions) it will only spray directly into her chin/neck area causing her fur to saturate and not a spray. If left to hang slightly it points more toward her snout. One more concern is that the warning (for humans) is not to get it in eyes or mouth... makes me wonder if it is okay for the dog on an ongoing basis. In the end, it does what I was hoping for... reminds her not to bark. I did receive the citronella collar, and have used them in the past and like them very much. They work well, but had also ordered another item, and it has not arrived (not even from this company) very sorry for the mix up. Anti-Bark Collar On: 2008-05-01I have a 5-lb toy poodle who has anxiety barking issues, and he basically barks like crazy at anything/anyone he finds intimidating. The anti-bark collar worked well on my dog and it has definitely reduced his barking, though has not rid of it completely. A couple of things I did not like about it: this device is quite bulky on a small dog so I dont keep it on my dog the whole time. Im sure it would have worked much better if I kept it on him for a longer period, but I just cant bear to see him with such weight around his fragile neck. Another thing is that the collar does not have a place for leash attachment so I cant use this device when I walk my dog outside. Overall, I highly recommend this product to all dog owners with the same issue. It seems to work On: 2008-01-07We received timely delivery from this merchant. The device is a but unwieldy on a smaller dog as ours is but it does work. We put it on her and the first time she barked it gave her a good spray and startled her. I couldnt get down with using it though. Collars On: 2007-11-30This item is being sent to Israel to my sister so can not comment on the product as of yet, but the service has been great. Works Well On: 2007-08-10These really work. Especially for smaller dogs. Only problem is that when they come off, the dogs bark. Worth the Money! On: 2007-07-26I bought the spray no bark collar to try on our two year old Schnoodle "Sam". Sam is a wonderful watchdog and barks at anything strange. However, we had to travel with him and stay a night in a motel. The collar arrived and I read the instructions that say to put the collar on the dog for several days without the spray activated. I thought this was tricking him so decided to contemplate what to do while I vacuumed. Sam went into his usual barking and attacking of the vacuum. I decided to fill up the collar and give it a test. I put it on him and said, "No Barks". I started the vacuum, he barked once and went and hid for 10 minutes. He came back, I shut off vacuum and started it again. Again, one bark and he was gone. The next couple of times I vacuumed I told him "no barks or you wear the collar" and he left it alone. The same with barking at the door or people going by. We went off on vacation and put the collar on him in the motel the next week. He was terrified of the motel setting and did a couple of small barks but instantly stopped. He only barked one time at night with all the various noises and that was when they slipped the invoice under the door in the middle of the night. And he should have barked at that time with someone physically at the door. We took out a vacuum while on vacation and without his collar on he would have nothing to do with it. All I had to say was "No Barks" and he left. This was more than worth the money. Only problem I have is I bought too many canisters for refilling the unit! Bark didn't set it off  On: 2006-10-05I have a 5 lb maltese/bichon mix and i was sure this would help, but her bark (which seems pretty loud to me) didnt even set the device off. The retailer wont permit returns, so I would only invest in this if your dog has a fairly substantial bark! Yummy......I want more!
