There is no way this fits a 15 lb dog. My dog is a 9 lb maltese and it barely gets around him and its certainly not comfortable. If you could here me shout for joy I would!  On: 2007-12-18After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical but decided to go ahead and give the male wrap a try. After all, Ive tried everything else and my 17 month old yorkie male still hikes on everything from my walls to my garbage can and even my dishwasher. He is very protective and very territorial. I absolutely love this product and would give it 10 stars if I could. My male yorkie still trys to hike but the wrap, paired with a womens overnight maxi, catches it all. When youre done just throw the maxi in the trash and toss the wrap in the wash. Simple as that. I only wish I had known about these sooner. They would have saved me alot of trouble, clean-up, and frustration! Needless to say, my dog and I are both much happier! Perfect for taking back my house! On: 2007-10-10I have a territorial 11 month old Yorkshire Terrier. I had to wait to have him neutered because he had to have surgery for a liver shunt. He discovered the joys of marking and thought he owned everything in my house, from the front of my refrigerator and stove to my shoes and vacuum. Hes housebroken. Hes just bent on total house domination. This diaper garment combined with a regular sanitary pad and my house is mine again. The size small fits my little 4.7 pound guy perfectly and he doesnt mind wearing it. He actually seems to be less inclined to try to mark while wearing it. I bought a few more so I can have some in reserves. Another reviewer mentioned that the one they got doesnt seem to provide adequate coverage, or doesnt stay put. Im wondering if maybe they need a smaller size? My Yorkie is a very active dog and spends lots of time rough housing with his 90 pound Rottweiler sister, and it doesnt come loose or move around. If only I swore..... On: 2007-09-25I would give this product -1 star if I could. But since I cant, suffice it to say, I have had nothing but problems with this product since the first use. I purchased two for two small male dogs that havent been neutered..YET. These fellas have a habit of marking behind each other, and these were supposed to help with that. Well, they dont. They bunch up over the back and underneath where they are supposed to cover up their privates. I am constantly following the dogs around and monitoring them to make certain they are covered up. They usally arent, so I have to re-adjust them. It is very frustrating and such a waste of time. I will have to find another solution, spend even more money. At least until, and IF their being nuetered helps. You could probably do better with a babies diaper (the tab closing type) with a hole cut out for the tail. If only I swore.....
