This product was very helpful with helping my puppy get use to her new home. Two moths later, she still sleep on it and loves to play with the stuff dog.

The third time I pushed the heartbeat it quit. It will not work even with a new battery. My puppy had not even come home yet. I was showing it to a couple of friends. When my puppy came home the very next day he loved the bed and the dog but, of course, never experienced the heartbeat. I couldn[t find out how to send it back so Ive kept it even though it didnt do what I bought it to do. The bed and puppy are very nice and cushy and he likes that though.
