Mis-represented, this is for the collar only     On: 2006-07-18

I placed an order for this set based on the title and photos. This was grossly mis-represented. You are placing an order for the collar only. When I called Customer Service, they did not seem to be aware of anything they were doing on Amazon and could only tell me to return my purchase to the store (Petsmart). The harness is not even available for sale in this size.
