these diapers worked great for our baby girl...if the diaper hadnt been soiled the tabs were able to be used quite a few times

Terrible waste of our hard earned dollar...

What a horrible waste of money these are, they are too small even the largest of the largest are too small, they dont stay on, they dont hold any liquidy material, the stuff gets all over the dog, the carpet, the house and you just blew away $15 buckos for absolutely nothing!

They keep the dog dry when they stay on. There is a problem with the design of the tabs. They dont always come off correctly then you have to throw the diaper away. They are expensive enough without having to waste them for no good reason. I switched brands. Also, if your dog is incontinent, please bring him or her to a vet. There are great medications that correct the problem. I was resistant to giving her drugs but they really work and we are both happier.

The tabs break frequently

The diapers work on the rare times they actually stay on. Usually though, the tabs break and cant be resecured. The velcro part stays on, its the other end of the tab that is supposed to be permanently attached that rips off. If you put them on loosely enough so that the tabs dont pull off, then they just slip off when the dog walks around. This is the medium size on a 20 pound dog that is 17 years old, so she is not running around in them. They work (sort of) if you add a roll of duct tape to your purchase.

better than a wet bed or floor

I have an 11 yr old dog with Cushings who drinks a lot of water. Sometimes there is a problem during the night. She is able to wiggle out of them at night but I find its usually after she has wet in them so it still saves my bedroom carpet. They are easy to put on her and I find it works best if I put doggie pants over them to prevent her from getting out of them.

The velcro straps dont hold for very long, other than that theyre great.

I think this is a great product. I used them for a foster dog who tended to dribble indoors. They fit great and had a very nice adjustable velco strap and an adorable (and convenient) hole for tails!

Dog Diaper Review

I have bought these dog diapers at Petsmart for much more money so I thought I would try Amazon to see if the quality was the same. It is not. The diapers I got from Amazon seem to be second rate because the tabs dont hold as well as the ones from Petsmart. So I come home thinking I am protecting my carpet from my older dog having an accident, and I find the diaper waiting for me at the door where it has fallen off of him because the tabs dont stick. I guess you get what you pay for.
