Not Worth The Money     On: 2007-11-06

After reading all the reviews, I thought I would see if this would help me train my dog (corgi). He can hear it for sure, however all it does for him is make him bark and lunge for the unit. Ill continue to try to get better luck with this (maybe in time).
This really works!     On: 2007-07-28

I have a Chihuahua and a Yorkie and I only have to show it to them and they wont bark. The Yorkie usually tries to bit the vacuum now I say no push it one time and he no longer goes near the vacuum.

This is a wonderful device.

Very Disappointed     On: 2007-02-12

After reading the reviews, I thought this would be the extra reenforcement we needed for training our puppy. The first day we got the Petagree, we wanted to put it to work immediately. So, we gave a command as we pushed the button and our puppy did nothing as usual. He continued on as if he did not hear a thing. It was a big disappointment for us.

is my dog deaf or is the device faulty?     On: 2007-01-26

After reading the reviews, I ordered the petagree training device, thinking that my experience would mirror other customers success. However, unless my dog is deaf (highly unlikely since he can hear the dog treat box rustle from yards away) then this device is a hoax. Not only have I tried in all sorts of situations (outside, inside, within 3 -5 feet and in increments up to 20 feet), but my dog exhibits absolutely no response to the supposedly intense sound.
Since the device was under $35 including shipping, I assume that its just another completely ineffective, though marketable, device sold to unsuspecting yet eager dog trainers.
Avoid the device at all costs. My guess is that the favorable customer reviews were written by the company who is passing off these items as legitimate.

Not at all effective on my cats     On: 2007-01-06

I bought this ultasonic pet deterrent to try and keep my 2 cats off the kitchen counter. One of the cats comes over and rubs the device when I aim it at her and the other just ignores it. Even when used with training commands, it was not effective.
Great item     On: 2006-10-26

I have 3 barking beasts and when I used this the first time they were angels from then on. All I have to do is pick it up and they stop. Every new puppy should have one.
Love it!!!     On: 2006-10-14

I have a little yorkie and she barks at anything. Like most dogs she barked at the mailman, that was ok. But then she started barking at children playing outside, cars coming down the street, a leaf blowing by. I was going crazy. I saw this device and did a little research on it and purchased it. It worked on her the first day. The funny thing is I only had to use it once. If she see me reaching for it she sits down. Good Dog!!!!

I love it for obediance training     On: 2006-08-27

I use the Pet Agree for obediance training on my dog (sheperd collie mix 50pounds) and my sisters dog (lab sheperd mix 75). both seem to catch on quickly and respond well, reinforced with verbal commands, neither require training with the Pet Agree for more then a week or two, even for an invisible leash works well and both dogs now respond to the verbal command HEAL and stay at your side even with many distractions and other dogs... USE PET AGREE WITH VERBAL COMMANDS AND POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT WITH TREATS... Both dogs are constantly getting alot of compliments for GREAT behavior from other dog owners in the area, I always give alot of credit to Pet Agree.
