I bought this head collar and the Gentle Leader collar to try on my German Shepherd. Hes 90lbs and is only 8 months old! I tried out both of them and it seems like the Gentle Leader gives the handler more control. The Halti seems like it is a little more comfortable for the dog but it doesnt appear to have as much control as the Gentle Leader. If the Gentle Leader is fitted properly it is not uncomfortable for the dog. Both seem to do the job that they are made for but the Gentle Leader just seems to work better.

While this collar worked great for the two weeks I had it, it didnt take my dog long to figure a way out of it while walking and for him to eventually wear it down to where it broke.
