Better than I expected!

I purchased this bag and had it rushed to me, as I had a flight scheduled with my new puppy, and needed to transport her. When the bag arrived, I left the side flap open and the bag on the floor for a day or two, for my puppy to investigate and explore. By the end of the evening, she was sleeping inside of it and taking her toys in there to hide. She clearly loved it, so when it was time to travel, there were no problems. As the person who had to carry it throughout the airport, I found it to be lightweight, and having options of carrying her by the handles, strap, or backpack straps made getting through the airport seamless. It fits nicely underneath the seats on the airplane, and the mesh windows are obscure enough so that no one notices, but also offer the pet a nice view of their master while under the seat if you want them open. She never made a peep on both legs of the flight, and stayed underneath the entire way! I am so glad that I purchased this instead of the standard travel bags offered in pet stores, as you have more options for carrying the dog with this (I carried her as a front pack, even though it is listed as a back pack, and it works fine either way) and it seems to fit better underneath the seat. I also carry her in the car with this now - she loves it!
