I purchased it for my older dog the first time she used it it twisted and thru her off.

I recently ordered and received a defective SOLVIT Products Telescoping Pet Ramp II. One of the screws that attach the handle to the ramp was stripped. The SOLVIT customer service rep advised me to drive to my local hardware store to purchase a larger screw to repair the defect. This customer service response gives me reason for concern about future defects and how the manufacturer will honor the advertised "one year manufactures warranty."

I bought this when my Cockapoo developed a cruciate ligament problem. I put it in the bedroom and taught her to use the ramp to get onto the bed. It took a few treats and a few times to get her used to it, but now she uses it all the time. Now I am going to try it to get her into the groomers van.
