He said that our dog had plaque buildup and should try to use them to help clean her teeth. I paid quite a bit more for them from the vet and am happy with this product. My dog has clean teeth! On: 2008-06-02This product was recommended to me 2 years ago by my vet. My dog has a tendency to collect tartar on her teeth even though I feed only kibble, and that was her second major cleaning in 2 years. I have used this product every day since then and have no problems with her teeth and gums. She is now 10 years old and looks forward to her chewy treat daily. preventing dental problems On: 2008-04-05The chewies have been a great hit with our pomeranian, Toby, for several years. Great Product On: 2008-03-06This product was originally recommended by my Vet for my two shelties. Its a fantastic treat, they love it and its a great way to clean their teeth. I highly recommend this product. Good for teeth AND stress On: 2008-01-23CET Chews Petite for Small Dogs (30 chews) My dog loves all sizes of these CET Chews. She is a 15 pound Bichon Frise who loves to chew to relieve stress, but only bones, rawhide, or similar chewables. Ive heard mixed reviews on rawhide in general, but in the last few years rawhide chews started giving her terribly smelly gas, enough to clear the room! We have discovered, however, that the CET chews do not have that effect, and they help to relieve her stress as well as clean her teeth. We recently switched to the smaller chews because even though she manages the larger chews just fine, we decided it was better to give her smaller ones more often than a big one just occasionally, and that its probably easier on her small digestive system. Anyway, we love these and would recommend anyone whose dog enjoys chewing to give these a try. Do keep in mind that whenever your pet is chewing something like this that they should be monitored, though we have never had a minutes trouble with these. Thanks! Might be Dangerous  On: 2008-01-14It is supposed to clean dogs teeth as it is chewed and it is supposed to last a while. My Yorkie chewed a half inch off one end and swallowed the rest, all four inches of it in less than five minutes. She didnt choke and it is digestible, but it scared the hell out of me and I wont give her another one! CET Chews On: 2008-01-12The dogs love them, easy to break in half for small dogs. Excellent price but shipping was more than the product itself. I found a vet within driving distance that sells this product for less than I paid for the product plus shipping cost. So I dont think I will be ordering them on line again. CET Chew sticks On: 2007-10-11My dogs love this product. They dont like any of the other CET products, but they love this one. Good to Chew! On: 2007-09-16As my vet says Good to Chew, Better to Rinse, Best to Brush. These chews do not come with the risks of (abnormally high risk of) choking, stomach and intestinal blockage or any of the others risks that come with most dental chews. plus CET is one of the, if not the, best dental line for dogs and cats. |
