I tried it based on the reviews and the ratings. The shipping was quick, they even put extra tape areound the cap to make sure that it didnt leak. The shampoo itself is excellent. It smells great and the scent lasts. The reviews are accurate. It lathers well, rinses easily, and there was no wet dog smell after her bath. Just a fresh clean smell. Soothing Shampoo!! On: 2008-12-08My American Hairless Terrier (AHT) just loves this shampoo! It smells great and soothes her skin. Because her skin is so sensitive, Ive had a difficult time finding shampoos that didnt cause rashes and/or irritations. This shampoo is the best! Shes happy and Im happy to have found this shampoo. It rinses clean and leaves her skin feeling soft and irritation free. I bathe her 2xs wk. I use the Pyoben Shampoo once a week to prevent irritations and skin blemishes and I use this once a week to moisturize her skin and make her smell pretty. The Lavender helps to calm her too. We love it!!! amazing On: 2008-12-05im a total dog freak, my animals are my children, so yes i bought my dog shampoo and conditioner. ive heard about this product before so i looked it up on amazon and after reading all the reviews i just had to buy it. i have a dog with allergies (million dollar dog let me tell you) and she loves her bathes, it seems to soothe her skin, and the conditioner i also bought which leaver her skin very soft for a pointer. just buy this product and you wont be let down... also it smells amazing! Pretty good  On: 2008-10-28Nice scent. Cant really complain. I wasnt blown away though. I do love the conditioner for the dogs by this brand though. OMG! This stuff is awesome... On: 2008-10-07This is absolutely one of the best dog shampoos on the market. I have a black lab puppy who likes to play around at the park. When I shampoo her, her coat is so shiny and soft. Its amazing. Definitely use both the shampoo and conditioner and people will rave about your dog. PS: Feeding is important too. I use Nutro Ultra and Castor and Pollux Ultramix (combined). Avoderm also makes a great snack for coats; the biscuits have avocado oil in them. Why would you use any other ? On: 2008-10-01Honestly, once you use this shampoo and conditioner on your dog, you wont ever use anything else. I stock up on it, because if I run out, the dogs not getting a bath until I get some and I cant find it at the stores any longer. The KV Vet Supply prices here are great too, its the same as it was at Trader Joes, they are a very good and reliable vendor, with one low shipping cost, no matter how much you buy. I Strongly Recommend this for ALL dogs. Wonderful for large dogs! On: 2008-09-02At first I hesitated about buying the Buddy products because the reviews were all from small dog owners. These products are perfect for large dogs!! We have a golden retriever and an english springer who now have the most gorgeous shiny, silky, tangle-free coats since I bought the Buddy Wash and Buddy Rinse. They also smell fantastic!! My family doesnt find the lavender scent overwhelming at all and both dogs are with us at all times, even in the summer heat. Having 2 tangle-free long-haired dogs makes me a life-time buyer as these Buddy products just cut my grooming time by 75%. Pleasant smelling shampoo!! On: 2008-08-15I have a German Shepherd who has sensitive skin. The medicated shampoos that the vets recommended seemed to further irritate his skin (flakiness and rashes). I decided to try my chances with buddy wash as Ive exhausted all other options. Not only has my boy stopped scratching, but his coat is lustrous and his fur is amazingly soft. He normally doesnt enjoy his bath (possibly b/c the harsh chemicals from the other shampoos), and I have to say he wasnt AS troublesome as he normally is. He almost seemed to enjoy it!! I do have to say that the lingering scent is very mild, yet pleasant. Im ecstatic to have found this product! Best Dog Shampoo Ever On: 2008-07-24I started using Buddy Wash on my Schnauzer when he was a puppy. It is mild, rinses clean, and has never irritated his skin. I was upset when Petco and Petsmart quit carrying it and was relieved to find it here. Thanks! smells great  On: 2008-04-27Honestly, I have never used this product. I bought it as a gift. However, I was really satisfied with the scent (not at all overpowering) and the consistency (better than any dog shampoo Ive used). The packaging is cute, and my sister was really happy with the gift. Her dog always smells great and has a beautiful coat. Detangles my Pomeranians On: 2008-02-12I was so excited to receive the Buddy wash 1 day before my Pomeranians yearly vet appointment. I was able to wash and condition her with it in time for the appointment. Her hair has never been as soft and tangle free. Everyone at the vets office asked me about her soft fur and wonderful smell. I recommended Buddy Wash to them. This is by far the best dog shampoo & conditioner I have ever used. It is also reasonably priced. Smells Great. Buddy Wash On: 2008-01-27This is a great product. All natural and smells wonderful. It doesnt take much and it leaves the dog smelling so nice and looking great. This is my favorite dog shampoo. Buddy Wash On: 2008-01-23I have two dogs a Rottweiler and a Aussie Mix. Both have had some allergy problems. After a couple of washes of this stuff (and a steriod shot from the vet) their hair had become much more shiny and soft. It also feels like the shampoo cleans out all the buildup that can accumulate on the dogs hair. I love this product and lasts a good while. I will continue using it and would recommend it to others. Oh - and it also smells good! Not to heavy and not to light! = ) The best shampoo I've tried! On: 2007-12-17The best dog shampoo Ive tried! Love the scent! I have pugs and it works beautifully on them! They smell great and feel great after bathing! I wouldnt bother trying any other shampoo. LOVE IT!!!!! I havent tried the conditioner since the shampoo alone detangles his coat and makes him soooo soft and fluffy! I will never use another doggy shampoo ever again!!!! Not Bad! On: 2007-10-27I enjoy this shampoo for my furry child, for it lathers & rinses very well and also leaves her coat soft and shinny but im not really into the scent. A clean dog is a JOY On: 2007-10-09This shampoo cleans wonderfully without any drying of the skin. I use it on my Cocker Spaniels, Bodie and Blossom, and their coats just shine and the smell is not to strong, but just enough to be nice. The best doggie shampoo On: 2007-09-28This shampoo is the perfect blend of mild ingredients and a soft, sweet smell. I will be a loyal customer especially since it is reasonably priced to boot!! Good Shampoo On: 2007-08-29I have had my dog for two months now. During this time, I tried a few products and I like this product the best. It works very well for my beagle. Buddy Wash Lavender and Mint Shampoo/Conditioner On: 2007-08-28Until I used this product, my dogs always smelled like "wet dogs." All the other shampoos I have tried just did not make my dogs smell good. This product, along with the conditioner, is great! Great Cleaner for Canines On: 2007-07-30We have Lhasas and this is one of the few "washes" that does not dry out their skin AND leaves them smelling incredibly fresh and very soft. We have tried at least a dozen other products that cant even come close. Besides, the product is very natural. Excellent product and highly recommended On: 2007-07-25We use this shampoo with their conditioner and Koji the Shiba Inu just loves it. His coat looks so clean and nice after his bath. I highly reccommend this product if you are currently using some crappy shampoo. i won't use anything else now!!! I have a little Yorkie with medium length hair - and I have tried half of the Shampoos/Condtioners on the market and this Cloud Star Buddy Wash works the best BY FAR! It leaves the hair SUPER soft, SUPER silky, and VERY managable! Trust me, Ive tried a TON - and the rest are just sitting under the cabinet not even being used. Buddy Wash is THE BEST (yeah, and you GOTTA get the conditioner too!) We give it two PAWS up! ;) Buddy Wash - Simply The Best On: 2006-02-04This Product Far Exceeds Any Other Animal Shampoo or Rinse. I use to buy this at Trader Joes, But they stopped carrying it recently. Found it here with K-Vet Supplies. So Happy with the price and shipping, even better it comes right to my door, No driving, parking, shopping and waiting in lines. I had never seen this Buddy Wash and Rinse anywhere but Traders, so I never ventured elsewhere. All around the best, your dog will love it and you will love it even more. |
