Blessed relief! They do only last for a few weeks, and then the chemical is pretty much gone, but buy several for the season, they are not that expensive, IMHO. Also, my dogs like to play and sometimes pull the collars off each other. So I twine them around regular dog collars and have had no problems. stay away from this product  On: 2007-07-31Nothing bad to say about the seller. In fact I would rate him 5 stars. But this product is a trash. Put one on each of my Akitas. Even after today, around 2-3 weeks after purchasing the product,the flies still bite their ears. They were not gone away.
