did not work for my dog

My dog has ringworm (tinea).
This product did not work at all.
He has a very short coat,I could easily reach the spots.
I applied it twice a day for 14 days,it seems it can not penetrate the skin.
My dog is taking sporanox now for 3 weeks with some effect.
I will continue using Fungisan until its empty just to be sure.

Excellent spray for dogs

Try this med before spending loads of money on prescriptions for hot spots or any abrassions. This is a really great spray. We use it also, the people. If its good enough for my dog, it fine for us.

It Works

My 13-year-old golden retriever had problems with ringworm for over four months. After many vet visits and medications, I tried Fungisan. It is easy to use and did stop the progression of the ringworm. Although the label states results in 7 days, it was actually 8 or 9 until I could tell for sure that it was working. The hair in the affected areas is now starting to grow back. In our dogs case, we also used a fungicidal shampoo once a week along with the Fungisan. It is important that the treated areas be kept very clean in order for the product to work properly. If your animal has larger areas to be treated, you might find it easier to apply this product with a spray bottle.
