I have a 197LB English Mastiff who absolutely loves to go for car rides. This step slides into the 2" trailer hitch on the back of our SUV and has locking pins to keep it in place. It is VERY STURDY (aluminum, holds up to 300lbs) and easy to slide on and off - the carrying case is a nice extra. Look at the price - this is a steal compared to the other options. Misleading Ad Image  On: 2007-10-17Per the image, I thought I was buying the product as shown to help my dog into the car. It turns out that the device was a small step that needed to be hooked to a trailor hitch. This was of no use to me or my dog. I subsequently returned the product because it was not what I thought it was - as shown in the larger image. I gave it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. |
