Go figure....it works!     On: 2007-10-29

First of all, Im not a huge believer in alternative therapies. Im not the "airy-fairy" natural products earthy-crunchy type, at all.
I learned about this product when I asked my vet about a way to calm down my golden retriever puppy (BIG puppy now--50 pounds of unbridled energy) without tranquilizers. She recommended Chill Out. I thought she might have gone over the deep end--aromatherapy for dogs?--but the price was reasonable, and I thought it might be worth a shot.
I took it home, misted it over my hyper dog, and poof! She actually did calm down. It really works nicely...go figure.
The scent isnt overpowering, and dissipates fairly quickly...your house wont smell like a New Age bookstore after using it. Most importantly, it really does calm my dog fairly quickly. After misting the air above her head, she stops jumping up and/or running around like a possessed dog. She seems more alert and less anxious, too.
