This is the best cat brush I have ever used. My cat loves it and I have given this brush to all of my friends who have cats. Cats love the scratchy feel of the brush. They love to have their cheeks brushed with it. When using the brush on a cat, their eyes close, the purring begins, the tail twitches with pleasure and some will even forget themselves entirely and slobber all over you! Cats will even try to brush themselves by rolling around on the brush if it is lying around somewhere. Cats really love the feel of this brush. The self-cleaning feature is nice. What is not useful is the handle. The brush is much easier to use without the handle getting in the way. The stupid handle is the reason why I didnt give this product 5 stars. Also, the brush can be pricey. Ive seen them online for $7, which is ridiculous. I mean, come on. Its just a cheap hunk of plastic. I think they put the handle on there to make you think youre getting something high tech - so they can therefore jack the price up. If you pay over $3 for this thing, its too much, even for Jersey prices. But if you come across one for under that, snap it up! Your cat will love it!
