Worked great for my German Shepherd

Our dog was sometimes aggressive with other dogs - went berserk snarling at the end of the leash and so on. He was also rotten at recall when he was chasing after another dog. It was ugly.

We got ourselves a trainer, and she had us buy this as part of the work we did with him. It worked GREAT. His recall was a million times better, and just the sound of the beep made him pay attention to me like there was no tomorrow!

I love this thing. And best of all, it doesnt hurt. Its just a way to distract the dog and make it think about how bad the smell is, instead of what its doing.

I am mostly pleased with the collar. My high drive young dog will stop for a few seconds after a spray. Unfortunately if he is doing something he really is intent on completing he will immediately go back to it. It has helped a lot on the digging. It has mixed results on the interactions with the cat. He really wants to play with the kitty but can be a little rough...well keep at it until we get it right.
