This product although it says "Safe and Non-Irritating", it burnt my dogs skin with two applications a day (day and night) and the skin under his fur has now gone black and scabby. Do not buy this product, a complete waste of money and the worst tear stain remover product by far I have ever used or seen!!! On: 2007-08-09
this product was the worse thing I have ever bought for my dog.
my maltese had very few stains, and after less than a week using it as indicated on the label my dogs facial skin was totally BURNED and his hair sooooo much more stained and very dark brown.
I contacted the company and their only explanation was that not every pet reacts the same way. Well, maybe, but then they should at least say something on their label.
they claim their product is SAFE and NON-IRRITATING... and clearly its not... at least not to everyone. I think costumers should be informed that this may happen to their dogs.
It was really heart-breaking to see my little dog like that and know that somehow I contributed to hurt him like that, using this awful product.
the burning was so bad his skin even peeled off...
this may not happen to your dog but you should consider if this product is worth the risk.
and if you used it and saw no difference what so ever you are REALLY LUCKY!

I havent actually purchased this yet but I am thinking about it. I hope it works On: 2006-12-31
I purchased these pads for my 6 month old shih tzu who is showing some tear stains and so far they have done absolutely nothing. Its been a week and I have used them three times a day as instructed for "tough stains," and according to my vet, my puppys stains are not even THAT bad. The results are no different that using a most tissue expect moist tissues are a fraction of the price. Im going to see if I can return them at Petco which is where I bought them.
