I purchased a product from Patio Pacific.
They sent the wrong product and overcharged me for the one they did send. They finally contacted me 1-week after my initial email about the problem and admitted the mistake.
I asked again for the product I originally ordered. After many more emails they sent me a repair/upgrade "kit". They did not send the product I ordered. The kit instructions were not clear, instructions pictures were not clear, theres a part in the kit that is not even mentioned in the instructions.
Patio Pacific wants me dismantle it, cut the cover up and break "something" off. Cut the main cover up and break something else off. Then try and figure out from the blurred photos where one of the pieces in the "kit" goes and where the other piece in the "kit" (not mentioned in the instructions) goes. Then, when the product doesnt work correctly Ill get blamed for not cutting or breaking something correctly or not reassembling it right, etc, etc. I spend an hour or so of frustrated time trying to repair a product that should have worked out of the box. I DONT THINK SO!
Patio Pacific will not ship the correct item.
Patio Pacific will not send a prepaid shipping tag to return the wrong items they sent. They want me to "foot the bill". And, will not refund my money unless items are returned at my cost.
