  Bad Cuz Hard Rubber, Squeaky, Bouncy Walking Ball - Large By: JW Pet Average Rating: 4.5 Total Reviews: 12 More Information The squeaker was its downfall  On: 2008-04-18After reading how durable this toy was, I was surprised to discover that it took my 50-pound dalmatian mix all of 90 minutes to completely destroy it. I bought 2, so I watched him work over the second one, and saw that he was able to get his teeth on the squeaking plastic device and gnaw until it came loose, after which it was only a matter of time until he had pulled the entire thing apart piece by piece. Make one of these things without the squeaker, and maybe it would survive. My Pup loves his Bad Cuz  On: 2008-02-09The second i gave Bad Cuz to my lab/pit puppy, he knew it was for him. The second he heard it he freaked and hasnt stopped playing with it since! It also seems to be very sturdy. Longest Lasting Toy Yet On: 2007-12-31Our retriever/chow mix loves squeaky toys and usually puts and end to their squeaking in less than a day. He specifically goes after the little plastic piece causing the squeaking noise. This toy has survived for weeks and just recently I finally had to cut out the plastic squeaker piece. He had dislodged it just enough that I was afraid he would finally get it. Even then, I had to saw away at it with a razor blade to cut it free. This thing is TOUGH! He is a very aggressive chewer (fortunately sticks to his toys). But even after the squeaker was out, hes still in love with this toy and works on it tirelessly (doing so here on the couch next to me as I type). Never paid much attention to the Kongs but he LOVES this thing. Im buying a couple of them so when it finally does go, weve got one ready to go. They are inexpensive entertainment that is a great product! The only toy that's survived On: 2007-12-20This is the only toy Ive bought that has survived. I learned fast that soft toys were a no no. I wanted something similiar to the Kong and saw this toy. My dog loves it. It squeaks if you squeeze it. The first couple of times she couldnt get it to squeak, but now shes learned how to do it and loves doing it. Everytime she hears me squeaking it she gets really excited. Great lasting toy. Best Fetch toy! On: 2007-11-26I have 7 dogs and 5 of them love cuz!. This toy is THE perfect gift for labs, trust me, I used to buy medium cuz so that my medium-sized dogs (beagle lab mix and basset mix) could still get a hold of it comfortably, but my male lab started to chew the feet off which resulted in a weak spot where he would continue to chew it in half. I bought the large cuz and they are $. They are thicker and even though the feet get chewed off, the rest of the cuz stays in tact. Actually, by beagle/lab mix and basset have no trouble getting large cuz in their chompers even if cuz is in mid-air. I heard they are coming out with the "other cuz" that is suppossed to have stubs for feet and be more indestructible. I might try that in a medium, but I think Ill stick with the normal version of large cuz since the dogs actually enjoy chewing the feet off. Seems to be half the fun. One of the best! On: 2007-11-21This is one of the best toys Ive bought--and Ive tried em all! I have a lab mix puppy that chews every one of his toys to bits in a matter of minutes and this is one of the few that has lasted for any length of time (2+ months). Sadly, poor Bad Cuz lost his feet and ears on the first day, but the rest of him has been indestructable so far, and my pup loves the unique squeaking noise it makes (different than the usual squeaky toys). It is by far one of his favorite toys. Highly recommend! Bad Cuz On: 2007-10-04I have a pit who chews up everything. He broke the squeaker quickly but is still playing with the ball and not chewing it up!!! Although the feet were the first thing to go. Amazing! I ordered 3 more, one for my friends pit. Roseann the Librarian On: 2007-09-05I got this for my large Standard Poodle who loves to rough-house. He has eaten and destroyed every toy we have given him but this one and some other hard rubber balls that dont squeak so he loses interest. This is definitely his favorite. Rubber has good resistance to his hard bite, too. Great for big chewer On: 2007-08-11My large dog lives with this by his side. He did break the squeaky part pretty quick. After a year of use I am looking to buy him a fresh one. The feet make it easy to get from him. The feet also add some action to the bounce when thrown. He has liked the large KONGS in the past but this toy holds up just as well and is cute. Stan Horstman BEST TOY EVER On: 2007-03-15This is by far the best toy we have ever bought for our boxer. He loves it and seems to be indistructable. Awesome chew toy On: 2006-12-24Our lab loves this toy, the squeak drives him crazy! Very durable, indestructible! funny toy, but my pup isn't all that interested  On: 2006-06-29funny little evil toy with devil horns. hard rubber, great for chewing, and makes a very funny sound. still, my pooch has ignored it for the most part. that could change however. good news is that this toy will resist the strongest of chewers |
