Love this thing!

I have long hair dachshunds and had just about given up trying to use the vacuum to keep my expensive couch clean. This Pet Hair Magnet works GREAT!! It also removes dust and dander. This is a keeper!

The Pet Hair Magnet was recommended when we purchased our Furminator. We used it to remove fur from the car and it works great!

this is garbage and a sham, its best placed in the recycling bin. maybe one day it can be transformed into something useful.

Waste of Money

This product does scrape up the pet hair off of furnature. However, it takes a TON of elbow grease! Way too much work to give the credit to the product. I get the same result from a wet sponge.

Disappointed

The magnet did not pick up the pet hair off my furniture. I found it worthless. Using a glove was more effective. I am glad that I didnt spend any more money than I did for it.

Works well on fleece too

Bought this to battle fur from two long-hair cats. Works fairly well on the sofa & love seat slipcovers, although only if I pull the fabric taut. I also still need to use it in conjunction with one of those sticky lint removers, which pick up the piles of fur that the Pet Hair Magnet gathers into little tufts. Ive found the Pet Hair Magnet also works really well on fleece - blankets, pullovers, etc. Bonus. 8-)

Great way to attract pet hair!!!!

The Doskocil Pet Hair Magnet has greatly helped to remove pet hair from our clothes and furniture. We have four animals and all four are in and out of the house constantly, so we tend to have lots of hair floating around.

I read reviews from others that have purchased this product to make sure it was something I would like to try and thought might work and was impressed by what I read.
We would recommend this product to anyone who loves to have their pet in the house and still keep it free of pet hair!!!!

Fur-squeegie

Weve had ours for years, and it still works great. It really gets the fur and dust out of the carpet right next to a wall, or on steps. Its also great for couches. I couldnt imagine using it on every square foot of the carpet in an entire room... but it is wonderful for small jobs. We use it mostly to scrape the cat fur off of the couches, when they get too furry, or when company is coming over. Its much faster than using lint rollers. (Lint rollers work better for clothes, though.) The rubber blades have started to wear down, but weve had it for about 4 years now. It still works, but not quite as good as I remember when it was new. I will be buying another one soon!

Does a good job

This product does a great job getting that pet hair that gathers between the carpet and baseboard. It is also good at cleaning places where it is impossible to vacumn. I used to have to move furniture to get at all of the places where my pet likes to sleep, but now I can just reach under with this little tool and clean up the hair.

Because it has a short handle and works by pushing the hair, it is impractical for cleaning large surfaces and so I will probably end up running out to get a rug rake as well. Despite this, I am glad that I purchased this handy little tool. Nothing else that I have tried does as good of a job at cleaning that pesky baseboard area.

This product works pretty much as advertised, although it takes a few more strokes that I had hoped to get all the dog hair up from underneath my couch cushions. I would most likely buy it again.

What more can I say than when company comes over and sees mine "in action" want one. So far Ive ended up buying 3 more for relatives. It works well on furniture, carpets, clothing, even curtains.

Actually Works!

We have a shedding cat for the first time and our Miele vacuum cleaner is working overtime trying to keep up with the amount of cat hair being deposited everywhere.Weve tried just about every comb and brush made when I saw this brush on Amazon and bought it not based on anyones recommendation. We are delighted to say - IT WORKS! Ive used it on all the furniture, carpets, rugs, pillows and even some sweaters and pants, and the amazing thing really does pull up the pet hair and roll into a lump. Its easy then to vacuum or just pick up and toss away. No batteries, no cords, no nothing. - just comb/brush away and the pet hair is removed. Every shedding pet household MUST have at least one of these!

indispensible tool

This device pull virtually all the hair out of fabrics. You pull it like a rake by repeating short or long strokes. The hair is pulled out and you can then use a sticky tape lint remover to pick it up. I use it every morning before I go to work. It doesnt take much time and it certainly cleans up the areas where my cats prefer to lay.

Hair Magnet

Not a bad hair remover on car seats. It sort of sweeps it for you to pick up. Still does not remove stubborn hair stuck in between the woven parts of a seat.

Your Products Name that really describes what the product really does! It is amazing that the Hair magnet really is easy to use and more amazing is the manner in which it preformes gathering pet hair.

great for wool rugs, upholstery

This is the tool for those surfaces that seem to suck in pet hair and refuse to let it go. Its not a quick removal tool (think more along the lines of scrubbing a floor than vacuuming), but for things like wool dhurrie rugs, it saves the expense of frequent professional cleanings or and is quicker than trying to pull the hair up with those sticky tape fur removal things. It really does pull up tons of fur, even from deep in a rug.
