This is my favorite pad. It is very absorbent and padded well. I use them for my 8 year old chihuahuas!

Best price and best quality on the web

I have purchased Simple Solutions pads from other pet websites but for some reason these are of better quality and the price was the best on the web (that I could find.) I purchased 3 packages and will definitely be reordering. It only took my dogs (Bichons - ages 13 & 7) two days to learn to use these and we are far more comfortable with leaving them in the kitchen, knowing they will use the pads and nothing else!
PS. I put 2 to 3 next to each other - overlapping a bit so the dogs dont miss and usually have one or two unused (for next time) but its worth the extra protection for sure.

not as good as other brands

I bought these thinking theyd be better than WeeWee Pads for an adult dog. Wrong...the plastic seems porous and sometimes theres leakage in the MIDDLE of the pad. Boy, I wish Id just bought one package. Now Im stuck with 4 pkgs and have resorted to using 2 pads together in case of a leak. Boo. Wont buy this brand again.

The product works, but there is a better altternative...

Check out Simple Solutions, Natural Bio-degradable Pet Training Pads 46 Count. You pay alittle more but they are MUCH better for the environment and they work great!!! Remember, DO NOT dispose of animal waste into compost/recycle containers.

Best wee-wee pads available

Reading everyones comments really helped me decide to get these. Once I received them, my puppy took to them right away. I had tried several expensive and not so expensive brands, but these really do the trick. No matter where we are, as we travel a lot, he goes wherever I lay down these pads. My puppy is currently 13 weeks old and has been using these pads for about 3 weeks. I tried using other brands in between to make sure these are the ones and with other brands it is hit and miss, but with these he knows, takes one sniff and he does his business.
Hope this review helps anyone considering getting these. I am just ready to buy some more.

I dont know what kind of plastic is used for the backing on these pads but it is porous which defeats the purpose entirely. What A Wonderful Product

These are the best pads that exist. These pads dont leak at all. Its important, however, to use common sense when using these or any other pad. Make sure you overlap the pads a little so that your dog cant miss and have his or her urine run in the middle and under the pad making it look like the pad leaks. The pads are the best that are on the market.

I agree with the other reviewers. These pads are amazing - totally absorbant and completely odor free. Our dog weighs over 40 lbs, so they really do absorb a lot. More important, she took to them right away. Our floors stay clean and dry. Great for dogs with housebreaking "issues", or when you have to be away for the day, when youre sick and cant walk the dog or when you just want to sleep in! Our dogs happy and so are we. This is an excellent price, too. Our local pet retailer was offering them for $8 more.

Adult Dog Pads

Like the oversized size of these pads and the fact that the absorption material goes to the edge so there has not been any run off issues like I have had with other brands if one of the dogs pees to close to the edge.

The white/lt pink color is nice compared to the bright blue you get with some of the brands. Makes them a little less conspicuous around the house.

I would caution you to be careful when removing the pads from the bag or opening them so you dont accidentally tear the pad. I did this once when I was in a rush. The layers arent bonded together like some of the other brands and that was why the tearing happened.

The pads are certainly very strong and do the trick, it was just me in a big rush opening the pad.

Great Pads

Solutions pads work as described. Our Yorkie pup doesnt chew or drag them around, and usually finds them to go on, no matter where we put them.

This is the fourth brand of wee pads Ive tried; the other brands all leaked (not just at the edges, which usually lack protection if your dog pees close to the edge band, but it would leak straight through to the floor even when my dog peed directly in the middle). These pads dont leak AT ALL!!!!!! I love them, they work great. I no longer need to clean underneath the pee pad when I change it, as the floor is dry underneath. These are great pads, and currently through Amazon ($19.29) they are more than $8 cheaper than PetSmart even before you figure Amazons Buy 3 get the 4th free promotion, and free shipping through Amazon (over $25). Dont waste your time with other brands. My dog had no confusion over these new pee pads; she went right in and peed right on it.

I have 2 chihuahuas that stay at home all day. I used to put down all different kinds of pads on the floor for them, including people bed protectors. This product is the most absorbant of them all! Highly recommended!

I love these pads. I have a dog that thinks you go in the house and one that is 15. They go on the pads and it protects my floor. I would recommend them to anyone.
