Great product for your hard to comb dog

This dematting rake has been the best thing Ive found to comb through my Maltipoos thick, curly coat. I find that especially in Winter when his coat is really thick, he mattes like the devil even if I brush him daily. This rake removes them easily and most importantly, painlessly. The ergonomic design makes it easy to use. He no longer runs when he sees the brushes coming out. Highly recommend this item.

Forget the Dogs - Think Horses

I have Draft horses with huge very thick manes and tails, this is the only product that I have found that really works. Ive spent lots of money with other combs, thinners and razors. This really thins and leaves the edges looking natural, not cut! Its easy on the horses too.

Great tool for long-haired dogs!

We own two Rough Collies and have been grooming them about twice a week witn a long-toothed curry comb. It has worked satisfactorily, but it was physically straining on us and on the dogs. This dematting rake with the soft grip has made life easier on all of us. We can now comb the dogs out without strain on hands and wrists. And the dogs no longer complain about the comb-outs, either! Excellent product! If you have long-haired dogs, give this a try.

Dematting Rake

Best dematting tool Ive ever found for our Chow dog. The long "teeth" allow us to comb her more quickly than other designs, and the rake design makes it much easier to use than "comb" designs. Easily cuts through matted fur and undercoat without excessive pulling of her fur. I highly recommend it for any dog with a thick undercoat.
