So I purchased two for my labradors. The package arrives very timely and I open up the box and stated on the package "16 ft retractable leash for dogs up to 26 lbs". Needless to say this is not what I ordered nor need for my labs. But here is the kicker, to return this product you need a return authorization number that can be provided by customer service whose hours are M-F 8 AM to 5 PM, who has time for this?! Buyer beware, Id try a different seller on the site. |
