And to those who reviewed negatively thinking this is a torture device, you are obviuosly an uneducated dog owner. Is it better for your dog to pull you into the street or pull the leash out of your hand and they get hit by a car or attack another dog? My advice is have a trainer help you find the most effective tool for you so you can control your pet. P.s. if this collar or any prong or choke are used properly it virtually eliminates the amount of corrections needed to control your dog. I do agree these types of collars, not used properly can be harmful. seek a professional to guide you. Do that and then make your comments Shoulder Relief This collar was the best thing for our dogs as well for our arms and shoulders. The pinch collar does not cause any harm to our Husky/Chow or our Rottweiler. It provides a better experience for us during walks and when running with our beautiful dogs. These dogs are known for their powerful pulling capabilities and the collar helps them to control the urge to pull with all their might. I recommend this collar for senior citizens, kids, and handicapped dog walkers. Our dogs love their time out of the house and when they see us get the collars you can see the excitement in their eyes, they dont hide or growl at site of the collar. The steel prong collars need to be replaced by this non abusive dog collar! Horrendous This sort of thing should be illegal. It is nothing but a way to torture an animal to make it obey, it makes me sick and that Amazon sells this collar and several like it make me think less about the company. I would urge pepole not to use such a instrument of pain on their dog. Your dog love you, do you want to repay it with torture? DO NOT BUY! I purchased this product because it seemed more humane than a prong collar. I have no idea how well it works, I didnt get far enough to try it. It has to be taken apart to be put on/off the dog. Its incredibly awkward and difficult to take it apart; that alone makes it unusable. I hate the idea of trying to snap it off while its on the dog. This is a really bad piece of designTriple Crown Large Dog Training Collar (large 21 adjustable collar). On top of it all, they wont let me return it, a little detail thats somewhere on the page but not easy to find. Torture Device Torture device for dogs. Pulled my dogs hair and pinched his skin. There are better products available to train your dog. Not a miracle cure Got two - one for my 80 lb short-hair, flat-coated male & the other for my 40lb short-hair, flat-coated female. Neither dog is impressed. My arms are still numb after our walks. They still pull and tug, perhaps slightly less aggressively than they used to (I think Im being generous here), but in any case, they still pull. On the plus side - they are perfectly usable collars and well priced. I leave the collars on full-time. The instructions say to remove the collars by snapping open the links (very difficult!), rather than pull the collar over the dogs head. I just leave it on. The dogs dont seem the slightest bit bothered by it. The Good Dog Collar is Best! This is an outstanding collar which was recommended to us by our dog trainer. It gives you so much control when training & walking your dog. Our dog loves it & walks so proud, head held high, & no pulling. She is right at my side where she belongs. Its small teeth grip just like her mothers did. No pain, just all business & control. This is our third dog to have one. I wouldnt use anything else. Who wants to walk down the street with your dog walking (pulling) you? Not me, we both look & know what were doing. Its a very comfortable, but exhillerating walk!!! Great for dogs that pull This was a great purchase. Very cost effective way to control the dog that pulls too hard when you are walking. Now we can walk her without getting a sore arm in the end. She learned very quickly and walks gently and still gets to go on adventures |
