I would love to give a positive review, but the only thing that arrived correctly was a 40-lb bag of dog food. It was Weight Control, it was Large Breed, but the brand was not Iams. The email receipt, packing list, and online order form all said Iams. When it arrived, it was the Eukanuba brand. Different size kibble, different nutritional makeup, different smell, different taste. Now, it did arrive on time, Christmas eve, but because it arrived on Christmas Eve, I couldnt go out to get a replacement. And I was out, so I was stuck with it. Nice try guys, Ill just go out and get it myself from now on.
